Archos, portable multimedia device manufacturer has launched the Internet Tablet with Android operating system through Archos 5 Internet Tablet product types. These new devices are equipped with 8Gb to 64 Gb flash memory - 64 GB, and 160 GB and 500 GB hard drive as an option.
Screen Size : 4.8-inch, with VGA resolution 800 × 480 and 720p HD output feature for use on a TV. Unfortunately Archos 5 does not support 3G connection but provide a Bluetooth mobile phone use as a modem. Archos 5 has GPS feature along with Blom's 3D mapping software (for 7-day trial).
Archos 5 Android price range depend on the capacity. The price for 8GB flash memory (SSD) is £ 200, for 32GB SSD is £ 275, and for 64 GB SSD is £ 370. You can still add the capacity using a microSD expansion slot. Archos 5 price for hard drive (HDD) version, with 160 GB HDD is £ 300 and 500 GB HDD is £ 350.
