In my opinion, Acer AS5253-BZ684 is the best entry-level laptop PC with cheap price, around $400 USD. The notebook houses a dual core AMD processor, ATI Radeon HD 6310 graphics with a built in dedicated video memory and 3 GB DDR3 RAM. It fast enough and provides anything you need for today's computing, even it is a good laptop for HD entertainment.
