Garmin and AT&T Launches Nuvifone G60. Garmin has introduced its newest product Nuvifone G60, a GPS/Phone Hybrid. And this "phone with GPS capability" product will be a range of products that will be marketed by AT&T and will be marketed in US on October 4, 2009.
Garmin Nuvifone G60 is a touch-based device that focuses on providing location-based services and depends on the integration of Garmin's GPS technology. In addition, it also will support turn-by-turn direction by having millions of interesting points that are available for users to explore.
This mobile device is compatible with AT&T 3G networks. This device has a Wi-Fi features with access to AT&T WiFi hotspots. It also features 3 megapixel camera with autofocus and geotagging.
Garmin Nuvifone G60 GPS phone reportedly will later be sold for $300 USD and with after-sales warranty. Nuvifone Premium Connected Services are including traffic updates, white page, weather, movies, local events and fuel prices. And subscription fee for this service is 6 USD per month.
